I could get picky about the iron finish, which is not perfect, but it's pretty nice in my opinion. The ironwork underneath is decent and it even has some of the original gold paint highlighting on it. There is a bit of veneer loss to the top right side near the wheel. The drawers and sides are nice except for the bottom right drawer front which has a scratch to the handle and other marks. The front top edge is bumped and bruised and scraped. The wear to the cabinet specifically is mainly finish wear to the top and edges, including scratches, scrapes, and cup ring marks. I would suggest you have it looked over and serviced by someone qualified before using it. Additional condition notes: Because I am no expert in sewing machine servicing.
